How the work moves

A short route from brief to finished work.

Working together should feel calm and legible: a clear next step, a clear owner, and no need to translate your business into technical language.

01

Scope it clearly

We define the useful version, what belongs in it, and what finished means. Deliverables and price are written down before the build begins.

02

Build it directly

Alexander stays your project lead and hands-on in the build. Questions and decisions come back in plain language; the brief is not passed down to a junior.

03

Finish it properly

We test the work, put it live, and stay close for the small fixes and support that follow a real launch.

Small by design

Senior attention is the model, not an upgrade.

Ktisis Arc keeps a few projects in motion at once. That gives each project direct access to the person making the key decisions and doing the work. There is no account layer between your brief and the build, and no junior handoff hiding inside the budget.

DirectYou speak with the person responsible.
FocusedFew projects share the studio’s attention.
AccountableOne studio owns the route from scope through launch.
The founder

Alexander Kemos runs Ktisis Arc.

Ktisis Arc is the Vancouver studio Alexander leads. He shapes the scope, stays hands-on through design and engineering, and remains the point of accountability at launch.

“I started Ktisis Arc because small businesses deserve careful digital work without distance or handoffs. The aim is simple: understand the business, build the right thing, and stay accountable for it.”

Alexander, founder & builder

Ktisis (κτίσις) means “the act of building.” The name is a working standard: take an idea or a tangled process, give it useful structure, and leave you with something clear, dependable, and owned.

The same standard applies to websites, apps, and automations, including AI or agentic systems only when they solve a concrete workflow.
