How this gets made
Behind every Ktisis Arc project runs an agentic production system. It carries the volume — the research, the scaffolding, the iteration, the relentless quality passes — so every hour of human judgment goes into the part that decides whether the work is actually good.
That's the trade, and it's deliberate. Most studios spend the time they save on more invoices. We spend it on craft: one signature reveal taken through dozens of iterations, components gated until they pass, a level of finish that's simply uneconomical when you're shipping volume.

About
Ktisis Arc is a boutique software studio in Vancouver, building the few things worth building well. Ktisis is the Greek word for the act of creation; the arc is the construction line that traces it into being. We don't compete on price or volume — we take fewer projects and finish each to a standard a price-competing shop can't sustain. One builder, an agentic production system carrying the weight, and a refusal to ship anything that isn't load-bearing. That's the whole studio, and it's enough.
